Our commitment to our members and supporters is that we will continue to offer dynamic programs—where a majority of our Chapter Meetings are HRCI approved so that those who are already certified can earn recertification credits. At some point in the near future, NAAAHR Atlanta will evaluate whether our programming will offer both PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Recertification credits. Until then we will continue to offer HRCI approved programs as well as support those who are ready to get certified!

Meet Your Facilitators
Courtney Raines is an experienced HR professional with a passion for life-long learning. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Auburn University and currently serves as an HR Generalist for an Atlanta-based hospitality company where she reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources & Finance. In this role, she is heavily focused on recruitment, retention and employee relations, but she also oversees benefit administration, compliance and several strategic initiatives. Working in the hospitality industry affords Courtney with the opportunity to engage with team members and management across a host of restaurants and other venues. Courtney enjoys this exposure out of the office and the personal relationships she is able to establish within her dispersed client base.
Tiffany Bishop, MBA, PHR, is originally from Morganfield, Kentucky. She is a proud Indiana State University sycamore with a degree in Radio/TV/Film. She received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Her passion for Human Resources began when she accepted a management role at the University of Phoenix – Atlanta Campus where she rose to become the Director of Student Services and Financial Aid for the Columbia, South Carolina campus. Tiffany moved back to metro Atlanta to accept a position with Murrelektronik, Inc. - a German based industrial automation company with 24 branch offices and over 1800 employees worldwide. This move resulted in her being named both Executive Assistant to the President and Human Resources Coordinator.
At Murrelektronik, Inc. she is the HR Professional for all U.S. based staff. Tiffany is responsible for managing both the recruiting and onboarding process as well as talent management, benefits administration and much more. Tiffany obtained her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2015. She credits her success in achieving this goal to attending NAAAHR’s 2015 Spring Study Group and is eager to “pay it forward” by leading this current study group.
