“Civility in the Workplace: Sticks and Stones…Words Actually Hurt and Can Cost a Fortune!”
Workplace rudeness is on the rise! Did you know that over 90% of employees have experienced incivility in the workplace? Do you know how much it actually costs your organization in time, energy, retaliation and/or money?
What is it called when something occurs at work that is harmful but not quite unlawful? What do you do when you, as an HR leader, have to respond to an employee’s claim of being disrespected? This workshop will answer those questions and much more! Join us as we explore Civility and Respect in the Workplace. During this highly engaging session, we will discuss the harmful effects of bad, but not unlawful, behavior in the workplace.
